IBM Support Assistant Data Collector
Using IBM Support Assistant Data Collector, which is installed with IBM BPM, you can search for information, investigate problems, and submit a problem report to IBM.
You might have more than one version of IBM Support Assistant on your system. Regardless of which version of IBM Support Assistant you use, if you run the commands provided in the following topics, you will collect the appropriate information for IBM BPM.
The IBM Support Assistant Data Collector is not supported for z/OS.
