Import data from a production environment
IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Transaction Performance, ITCAM for Response Time Tracking, and ITCAM for WebSphere use management agents to collect runtime data and store it in a database on an IBM Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server. If the problem has been recorded in a database (either through user actions, or through testing in RPTv8 environment), you can access that data and analyze it.
Importing response time breakdown data is primarily useful for analyzing problems in a production environment where you do not want DCI agents impacting performance.
