Creating new skins

Use the New Skin wizard to create customized skins for your project.

To create a skin, do the following:

1. In the Project Explorer, right-click the name of your portal project.

2. From the pop-up menu, select New > Skin. The New Skin wizard will appear.

3. On the New Skin page, create a title for your skin. The title that you enter here will use the default language for the Portal. Use the Skin properties view to enter titles for other languages.

4. Select a source skin thumbnail; then click Next.

5. In the Select Themes page, place a check mark next to the themes that you want to use this new skin; then click Finish.

In the Project Explorer, look in Dynamic Web Projects > [portalproject] > Skins to see your new skin folder.
