Themes
During the migration process, the theme is moved over to the target environment unmodified. The pages in the target environment still reference the same theme that was used in the source environment.
If we are using standard Portal Pages, we must convert the pages to static pages. Then, create a new IBM WebSphere Portal v8.5 theme and the layouts required for the pages to take full take advantage of the WebSphere Portal v8.5 theme features.
