Installing the Build Engine and Build Toolkit from the Express-C.zip file consists of simply uncompressing the archive and verifying that the following directories were extracted:

C:\IBM\jazz\buildsystem

C:\IBM\jazz\buildsystem\buildengine

C:\IBM\jazz\buildsystem\buildtoolkit
