Version compatibility

In general, any applet or application that ran with a previous version of the SDK should run correctly with the IBM SDK for Windows, V7. Classes that are compiled with this release are not guaranteed to work on previous releases.

The IBM 32-bit SDK for Windows, V7, is built with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003.
