-Xms

Sets the initial Java™ heap size.

-Xms<size>

You can also use the -Xmo option. The minimum size is 1 MB.

If the scavenger is enabled, -Xms >= -Xmn + -Xmo.

If the scavenger is disabled, -Xms >= -Xmo.
