Delete a domain with pdadmin

We can delete a domain with the pdadmin utility.

If you unconfigure the management domain with the pdconfig utility, any additional domain that exists is deleted.

Steps

  1. Log on to the management domain as a domain administrator.
  2. Use the domain delete command.

To permanently remove domain information from the user registry, use the -registry option. Otherwise, the user and group information for the domain remains in the user registry and can be used in case the domain is created again.

Example

For example, to delete the domain named MyDomain and permanently remove the domain information from the user registry, enter the following command:

See the IBM Security Verify Access for Web: Command Reference.
