External authentication services

The external authentication services configuration contains the settings that are required by an external authentication service.

Steps

1. From the top menu, go to AAC > Manage > SCIM Configuration.

2. Click External Authentication Services.

3. We can add or edit external authentication services. Each external authentication service definition has the following fields.

   Server Connection

   This server connection is a pointer to a Web service server connection that has been defined in the Advanced Access Control LDAP server connections page.

   This field is required.

   Supported Schemas

   The names of the SCIM schemas managed by this service.

4. Click Save to save the changes. Due to the caching of configuration data within the runtime, it might take up to 30 seconds before any deployed configuration changes become active.
