The temp directory is not deleted after installation (Microsoft Windows only)

The temp directory is not deleted after the installation. We must manually delete it. The installation process might create a temp directory at the root of the disk if:

• You installed the product on the Microsoft Windows operating system.
• You installed on a disk drive other than the C:\ drive.

• The temp directory does not exist.
