Drop-down lists and pop-up menus do not display (Mozilla Firefox only)

Mozilla Firefox web browser might not display drop-down lists and pop-up menus. Mozilla Firefox web browser does not display the entire list of tasks because of these reasons:

• If we select the icon next to a user name in a list

• The name is at the bottom of the window

To view a complete list of tasks, use the ↓ key to scroll through the entire list.
