Manage the SSL certificate configuration
Use the SSL Certificate Management page to import any SSL certificate in the application server truststore of the IBM Security Identity Manager virtual appliance.
- From the top-level menu of the Appliance Dashboard, click Configure > Manage External Entities > SSL Certificate Management to display the SSL Certificate Management page. The SSL Certificate Management page displays the certificate details.
- On the SSL Certificate Management page, do one of these actions to work with certificates. See Table 1.
Button SSL certificate actions New To import a certificate, do these steps.
We can import multiple certificates. When we import a new certificate, do not specify the same alias name that exists.
- Click New to open the Import Certificate window.
- On the Import Certificate window, do these steps.
- Specify an alias name in Certificate alias. For example, tdicert.
- Click Browse next to the File field to search and select the certificate file to import.
- Click Save Configuration.
Edit To edit a certificate, do these steps.
- From the SSL certificate table, select the certificate to edit.
- Click Edit to open the Import Certificate window. The certificate alias field is read-only.
- On the Import Certificate window, click Browse next to the File field to search and select the certificate file to import.
- Click Save Configuration.
Delete To delete a certificate, do these steps.
- From the SSL certificate table, select the certificate to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm the action.
View To view the certificate details, do these steps.
- From the SSL certificate table, select the certificate to view.
- Click View to display the certificate details window.
