For multilingual sites, the file can have a language suffix corresponding to the locale, for example, engine_es.properties for Spanish. If WebSphere Portal cannot determine the client locale, the banner text is defined in engine.properties . Use the following steps to change the banner text for each language that is supported by your portal site.
