Configure Lotus Domino Web server

To configure the Lotus(R) Domino(TM) Web server for use with WAS, update the Domino server's configuration.

Lotus Domino for iSeries Version 5.0.5 (or later) Web server, Lotus Domino for iSeries Version 6.0 Web server, or Lotus Domino for iSeries Version 6.5 Web server can be used as a Web server with WAS.

Note: Refer to the Administration Help for your version of Domino for information on installing and setting up Domino servers on OS/400. To configure each instance of a Domino server on your iSeries server, perform these steps:

  1. Update the Domino server's notes.ini file to work with WAS.

  2. Start the Domino server.

  3. Update the Domino server document to work with WAS.

  4. Stop and start the Domino server's HTTP task to apply the changes to the server document and to the notes.ini file.
