This guide provides general information about recovery and availability options. It describes the options available on the system, compares and contrasts them, and tells where to find more information about them.
Note that the Backup and recovery category in the information center contains information on how to plan a backup and recovery strategy, how to set up disk protection for your data, how to back up your system, and how to control your system shutdown in the event of a failure. It also includes information about the Backup, Recovery, and Media Services plug-in to iSeries™ Navigator.

Saving PDF files
To save a PDF on your workstation for viewing or printing:
- Right-click the PDF in your browser (right-click the link above).
- Click Save Target As if you are using Internet Explorer. Click Save Link As if you are using Netscape Communicator.
- Navigate to the directory in which you would like to save the PDF.
- Click Save.
