Connect your logical partition to the LAN

 

Read to learn how to connect your logical partition on your iSeries™ to your local access network (LAN).

You can connect your logical partition to the LAN using TCP/IP. You can either use directly attached LAN adapters to attach to the LAN or you can use virtual Ethernet and your server.
