Recovering from an intermittent problem
To resolve intermittent problems, follow this procedure.
- Enter the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command on any command line. The Select Type of System display appears.
- Select option 1 (This server or attached device). The Analyze problem display appears.
- Select option 3 (Hardware problem). The Problem Frequency display appears.
- Select option 1 (Yes) to get an intermittent checklist and follow the instructions.
- If you still have the same problem, contact your hardware service provider.
