Active Directory Application Mode
Installing an LDAP server is not part of the default IBM® WebSphere® Portal Express installation, so install, setup, and configure the Microsoft® Active Directory Application Mode separately. You can install the Active Directory Application Mode on the same machine as WebSphere Portal Express or you can install it on a remote machine.
