You can use features, such as version control and workflows, to manage the items used to develop Web content.

When users create items in IBM Workplace Web Content Management, they are participating in a collaborative authoring environment. Multiple users are creating, editing and deleting items at the same time. From time to time, there may be conflicts between the actions of different users.
