Stage two: Create a set of business rules
Create a set of business rules in Personalization. These will be used in Web Content Management to display different views of the "Images" folder.
See Rules for further information.
- Go to Launch>Personalization > Business Rules >
- Click New>Rule.
- Name this rule "Images Ascending".
- Ensure the rule type is "Select action".
- Create the following rule:
- Select Documents
- whose Folder path includes Images
- order by Name ascending
- show all items
- Click Save.
- Click New>Rule.
- Name this rule "Images Descending".
- Ensure the rule type is "Select action".
- Create the following rule:
- Select Documents
- whose Folder path includes Images
- order by Name descending
- show all items
- Click Save.
- Click New>Rule.
- Name this rule "Date Ascending".
- Ensure the rule type is "Select action".
- Create the following rule:
- Select Documents
- whose Folder path includes Images
- order by Last modified date ascending
- show all items
- Click Save.
- Click New>Rule.
- Name this rule "Date Descending".
- Ensure the rule type is "Select action".
- Create the following rule:
- Select Documents
- whose Folder path includes Images
- order by Last modified date descending
- show all items
- Click Save.
