Stage three: Create a simple workflow
Before creating web content using Web Content Management you will need to create a simple workflow to use when creating content items.
- Go to Launch>Web Content > Web Content Management >
- Ensure that the library named "Web Content" is selected as the current library. This will be used as the Web content library for this example.
- Click New>Workflow Actions>Publish action and create a workflow action named "Publish".
- Click New->Workflow Stage and create a workflow stage named "PublishStage" with the action named "Publish" selected in the "Execute on Entering Stage" parameter.
- Click New>Workflow and create a workflow named "SimpleWorkflow" with "PublishStage" selected as the only workflow stage.
