  2. Select...

Security | Global Security | Web and SIP Security | General Settings | Use available authentication data when an unprotected URI is accessed | OK | Save

  3. Log out of the WAS console.

  4. Restart HCL WebSphere Portal.

  5. Log on to HCL WebSphere Portal and click...

Administration | Portal User Interface | Manage Pages | Content Root | Home | New page

  6. Create a page for the web application. For this example, the new page is called TestPage.

  7. Give the page anonymous user access:

Administration | Access | Resource Permissions | Pages | Resource Type | Pages | Content Root | Home | TestPage | Assign access | Edit Role | Add | Anonymous Portal User | Apply

  8. Give each web dock application anonymous user access.

Administration | Access | Resource Permissions | Portlets web dock application | Assign access | Edit Role | Add | Anonymous Portal User | Apply

  9. Add the web dock application to the page.

The page must have the Web Dock profile, which can be set via page properties.

Alternatively, add the wp_webdock module to the profile applied to the page:

    1. Connect to the theme repository with the fs-type1 connection.

    2. Go to the theme.

    3. Make a copy of the profile file in the profiles directory, and give it a unique name.

    4. Edit the .json file and add the wp_webdock module ID.

    5. Copy the profile created to the /profiles directory.

  10. Invalidate the resource aggregator cache to integrate the changes.

Administration | Theme Analyzer | Utilities | Control Center | Invalidate cache
