Transfer a complete configuration

For transferring a complete portal configuration, HCL WebSphere Portal provides a Release Builder tool. We can use the XML sample file ExportRelease.xml provided with the portal to export the complete configuration. The attribute domain="rel" indicates that only shared and no private resources are exported, without private resources.
