Removing a product from an order

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to remove a product from an existing order that is not shipped. Removing a product from an order can affect discounts (such as promotions) and might require payment to be authorized again.


Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator

  2. Find the order to work with.

  3. Open the Change Order notebook by selecting the check box next to the order and clicking Change.

  4. The notebook opens at the Products page. Select the check box next to the product to remove and click Remove. The product is removed from the list of ordered products. The total order amount is updated on the Products page. The new total is displayed next to the Total field.

  5. To make other changes to this order, use the links on the left side to switch between order pages. Click Submit to submit the order, or Save to save the order without submitting the order.
