View and searching for search term associations: Synonyms and replacements

We can view and search for existing synonyms or replacement terms for searches performed in the store. Viewing your existing search term associations can help you review all synonyms and replacements for the store at a glance, while sorting and searching can help you group and find specific search term associations.

Procedure

1. Open the Catalogs tool.

2. From the explorer tree, select Search Term Associations.

3. View or search for our search term associations.

   • To view synonyms and replacement terms:

     1. Click the Synonyms or Replacements tab. The list is displayed.

     2. Click the column name located above the list to sort the list as necessary. The list is sorted alphabetically according to the first word of each search term association.

   • To search for synonyms and replacement terms:

     1. Click the Synonyms or Replacements tab. The list is displayed.

     2. Click Edit > Find and Replace... to search for synonyms and replacement terms.

4. Click Save; then click Close.
