Collecting MustGather data for MigrateEncryptedInfo utility issues
Prepare the following MustGather information before you call IBM Support to help with MigrateEncryptedInfo utility issues.
Procedure
- Reproduce the problem.
Record the specific steps that we used to reproduce the problem and any details that might be relevant.
- Collect the following files.
- From the Transaction server Docker container.

- From the Utility server Docker container.
- /opt/WebSphere/CommerceServer90/logs/CCInfoMigration.log
- /opt/WebSphere/CommerceServer90/logs/MKChangeUserAndCCInfoMigration.log
- /opt/WebSphere/CommerceServer90/logs/MigrateEncryptedInfoError.log
- /opt/WebSphere/CommerceServer90/logs/migrateFailedRecords_<TABLENAME>.log
- /opt/WebSphere/CommerceServer90/bin/CCInfoDBUpdate.DBTYPE.txt
