Collecting MustGather data for WebSphere Commerce Developer installation issues

Prepare the following MustGather information before you call IBM Support to help with WebSphere Commerce Developer installation issues.

Procedure

1. Record the value of your JAVA_HOME environment variable.

2. Record the value of your system user (dbUser) that we used when you loaded the database schema.

3. Collect the following information.

   • All logs from the WCDE_installdir/logs directory.

   • All Installation Manager logs. For example, C:\Program Files\IBM\Installation Manager\logs.

   • The create.db2.log file that was generated when you prepared a database for use with WebSphere Commerce.
