- Viewing the IBM Digital Analytics On-Site Search report
The On-Site Search report , provides detailed metrics for the most popular search terms our customers enter when they use your onsite search. By using data from this report, we can identify commonly searched terms, and successful and unsuccessful searches. We can also view the number of orders received and sales generated in the same session in which customers searched using a specific term. Use this report to optimize marketing campaigns for onsite search interactions.- Viewing the IBM Digital Analytics Product Categories By Category report
The Product Categories by Category report shows metrics for product sales, views, and abandonment, aggregated by category. Use this report to optimize customer interactions with specific products and categories.- Viewing the IBM Digital Analytics Cross Sold Products report
The Cross Sold Products report lists the top 20 items that are purchased on the site by unique buyers, and the top five items that were cross sold with each of these products during the selected time period. For each cross sold item, this report lists the number of common buyers over the time period, and the number of common visitors who purchased the two items during the same visit. Use this information to optimize future cross selling campaigns.
