View a catalog attachment

Procedure

Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

Depending on where to view an attachment:

To view an attachment belonging to: Execute the following steps:
Master catalog

Open the category tree for the master catalog:

Merchandise > Catalog Management

Products > Catalog Management

Select the master catalog for which to view attachments.

Click Show Attachments.

Sales catalog

Open the Sales Catalog page:

Merchandise > Sales Catalogs

Products > Sales Catalogs

Select the sales catalog for which to view attachments.

Click Show Attachments.

Master catalog category

Open the category tree for the master catalog:

Merchandise > Catalog Management

Products > Catalog Management

Select the category for which to view attachments.

Click Show Attachments.

Sales catalog category

Open sales catalog categories:

Merchandise > Sales Catalogs

Products > Sales Catalogs

Select the sales catalog that contains the category that has the attachment to view.

Click Design.

Select the category for which to view attachments.

Click Show Attachments.

Products, bundles, and kits

Open the category tree for the master catalog:

Merchandise > Catalog Management

Products > Catalog Management

Select the category or catalog containing the catalog entry for which to view an attachment.

Click List Catalog Entries.

Select the catalog entry for which to view attachments.

Select Attachment > Show Attachments.

SKUs

Open the category tree for the master catalog:

Merchandise > Catalog Management

Products > Catalog Management

Select the category or catalog containing the SKU for which to view an attachment.

Click List Catalog Entries.

Select the catalog entry that contains the SKU for which to view an attachment.

Select Actions > Show SKUs.

Select the SKU for which to view an attachment.

Select Attachment > Show Attachments.

Click List Catalog Entries. Select the catalog entry that contains the SKU for which to view an attachment. Select Actions > Show SKUs. Select the SKU for which to view an attachment. Select Attachment > Show Attachments.
