Retract an auction
Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to retract an auction.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Click Auctions > List Auctions. The Auctions page displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select an auction and click Retract to cancel the auction. When an auction is retracted, all bids are withdrawn. The page refreshes to display a status of Retracted for the auction you selected.
