View the RFQ request list

You can view RFQs received by the organization.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Sales menu, select RFQs. A list of RFQ requests displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

    Option Description
    Check boxes Select the box in the row for any RFQ to work with.
    RFQ Name The name of the RFQ request.
    Description A brief description of the RFQ request.
    Status Indicates the current state of an RFQ request in the RFQ process. Use the View field to select requests having a specific status. The choices are:

    • All (all requests regardless of state)

    • Active (submitted to buyer)

    • Closed (no more responses being accepted)

    • Complete (winners selected and notified)

    Creation time The date and time the RFQ request was created.
    Submission date The date and time the buyer transmitted the request to the seller.
    Close Date The date and time after which no responses will be accepted by the buyer.
    Round Indicates which round the RFQ negotiations are in.
