View account reports


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Sales menu, click Accounts. The Accounts list displays containing the accounts defined for the store. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box to the left of an account.

  4. Click Reports. The Account Management Reports list displays. Click the title of the report to review.

  5. The selected report displays.
