View products released to a shopping cart

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to view the products released to a shopping cart created on the channel store site.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Find shopping carts:

    • Click Operations > Find Shopping Carts.

    • Click Logistics > Find Shopping Carts.

  3. Provide at least one of the following shopping cart information. At least one field must be specified.

    • In the Order number field, type the customer order number that contains products released to the shopping cart (or carts) to find.

    • Click Advanced search to use more search fields. Use the following advanced search criteria:

      • In the Start date and End date fields under Customer order placed date, type the start and end dates when the order was placed by entering valid data for the year (four digits), month, day, and time (24-hour clock). Optionally, you can use the calendar tool to enter the date.

      • In the Start date and End date fields under Product release date, type the start and end dates when the products was released for fulfillment by entering valid data for the year (four digits), month, day, and time (24-hour clock). Optionally, you can use the calendar tool to enter the date.

      • In the Maximum number of matches to display field, type the maximum number of search results that you want the system to display. Note that this is not the number of shopping carts that match the search criteria; it is the number of products within the shopping carts that match the search criteria.

  4. Click Find. The system performs a search and a list of shopping carts that match the search criteria is displayed.

  5. The search results includes a list of the products released to the shopping cart.

    To view the current contents of the shopping cart on the channel store site, click the shopping cart number.
