View order status
You can view the order status.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Find the order for which to view order status.
- On the Order page, view the order-status information in the following fields:
- Date order placed
- Date the original order was placed.
- Last modified
- Date the order was last modified.
- Editor ID
- Logon ID of the current editor of the order.
- Block status
- Status of any manual or automatic blocks placed on the order.
- View the processing status of the order in the status bar at the bottom of the IBM Sales Center.
An order can be in any one of the following states:
- Pending - The order has been started, but it has not yet been submitted for processing.
- Pending payment authorization - The order has been submitted and is being processed, but it has not yet been fulfilled.
- Edit - The order is being edited.
- Shipped - All order items in the order have been shipped.
- Cancelled - The order has been cancelled.
