View order status

You can view the order status.


Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.

  2. Select a store.

  3. Find the order for which to view order status.

  4. On the Order page, view the order-status information in the following fields:

    Date order placed

    Date the original order was placed.

    Last modified

    Date the order was last modified.

    Editor ID

    Logon ID of the current editor of the order.

    Block status

    Status of any manual or automatic blocks placed on the order.

  5. View the processing status of the order in the status bar at the bottom of the IBM Sales Center.

    An order can be in any one of the following states:

    • Pending - The order has been started, but it has not yet been submitted for processing.

    • Pending payment authorization - The order has been submitted and is being processed, but it has not yet been fulfilled.

    • Edit - The order is being edited.

    • Shipped - All order items in the order have been shipped.

    • Cancelled - The order has been cancelled.
