View fulfillment status
Use the IBM Sales Center to create an order for a new or existing customer by beginning with a new order. This page explains how to see the fulfillment status of an order.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Find the order for which to view fulfillment status.
- Go to the Order Items page.
- Select the order item for which to view the status from the order-item table.
- Click the Details button.
Sometimes, multiple fulfillment centers will separately provide parts of the requested quantity.
