Request all items ship together
If no items in an order have been shipped, you can request that all of the items ship together.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Create an order or find an order for which to request that all items ship together.
- If this order has already been submitted, click Edit.
- Go to the Order Items page, and add order items or modify the existing items as necessary.
- Select Ship when complete to specify that the order should be shipped when all items are available.
- Click the Apply button to apply the changes before clicking on the Payment page.
- Modify the payment information as necessary.
- Optional: Click Shipping to open a page that you can use to view the details of the shipping charges associated with the order and override the shipping charges if you are authorized to do so.
- Click Submit.
