Retrive a product image
You can retrieve a product image from the Sales center and display it within the Products details dialog.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Execute one of the following actions:
- Click on a store in the Stores view, and then click Product > Find (Ctrl+F, Ctrl+P).
- Open an existing order, and then click the Find Product icon () on the Order Items page.
- Create a new order, and then click the Find Product icon () on the Order Items page.
- Select a search option and enter search criteria in all fields, and then click Find. You can enter all or part of the information in each field.
- Scroll through the Search result table to find the products for which you are searching.
- Select the product and click Details. The Product details dialog displays containing the thumbnail of the image and a regular sized image. Go to step 8 to view the image.
- Select two or more products and click Compare. The Product Compare Editor displays a regular sized image of the products.
- Click View Image. The Product Zoom dialog displays the enlarged image of the product.
