Create a quote from an order

To create a new quote using the information in an existing order:

Procedure

1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
   

2. Select a store.
   

3. Find the order on which to base the quote.
   

4. Execute one of the following actions:

   • Right-click the order in the Stores view, and then click Create Quote from Order.

   • In the Order editor, click Create Quote.

     To create a quote from an order, the order status must be pending.

5. Modify the quote as necessary using the Quote editor.
   

   All items in the new quote are re-priced, and any previously negotiated prices will need to be re-negotiated.

6. Click the Apply button to apply the changes before clicking on the Payment page.

7. Click Complete Quote.
