Modify customer information

You can change or delete information from most fields in a customer profile and you can populate any fields that are empty. Before you can submit any updates, have information in the required fields.


Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.

  2. Select a store.

  3. Find a customer. Anytime you have a profile open, it is in an edit state.

  4. Modify any existing information or add new information.
