Troubleshoot: Using Firefox browser you cannot create a new file in the Assets tool
You cannot create a file using the Assets tool.
Solution
To resolve this problem use one of the following steps:
- Use Internet Explorer to upload files.
- You can use Firefox if WebSphere Commerce uses IBM HTTP Web server. Verify the SSL certificate is signed by a third party and is valid. You cannot use a self-signed certificate.
