Start the event processor scheduled job
When necessary, such as when trying to close off a reporting period, you can manually run the EventProcessor job, which collects Sales Center usage data to send to Coremetrics.
Procedure
- Open the Administration Console.
- Select Configuration > Scheduler.
- Locate the last EventProcess command which is in Inactive status.
- Select Change, and then click OK. Do not change anything.
Results
This starts the job. You can refresh the job status until its status changes to Successful.
