Start the event processor scheduled job

When necessary, such as when trying to close off a reporting period, you can manually run the EventProcessor job, which collects Sales Center usage data to send to Coremetrics.


Procedure

  1. Open the Administration Console.

  2. Select Configuration > Scheduler.

  3. Locate the last EventProcess command which is in Inactive status.

  4. Select Change, and then click OK. Do not change anything.


Results

This starts the job. You can refresh the job status until its status changes to Successful.
