Troubleshoot: CSR Reports contain inaccurate data

If you change a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to new team, any unprocessed orders are counted against the new team. In some circumstances, the resulting Coremetrics reports might be misleading.

Run the EventProcesser to complete data processing before changing a CSR to new team.

  1. Manually starting the Event Processor scheduled job
  2. Change the CSR team before the CSR is creating new orders.
