Delete a scheduled job

Use the Administration Console to delete a scheduled job and stop it from running for the site.

If an instance of the job is running when you delete it, that instance will finish running.


Procedure

  1. Open the Administration Console and select Site on the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page.

  2. Click Configuration > Scheduler. A list of jobs that are scheduled to run is displayed.

  3. Select the check box for the job to delete and click Delete. A warning message displays asking if you are sure to delete the selected job.

  4. Click OK to confirm the deletion. The job is cleared from the Scheduler Status Display page and marked as deleted.
