Moving Web Content Management content to WebSphere Commerce

When you pre-render content in IBM Workplace Web Content Management, all HTML and images files are written to the location you specified as the destination for pre-rendered content.

To move approved Web Content Management content to WebSphere Commerce:

1. Pre-render the approved Web Content Management content.

   For more information about pre-rendering in Web Content Management, refer to the Pre-rendered sites Pre-rendered sites topic in the WebSphere Portal Information Center.

   All HTML and images files resulting from pre-rendering the content will be written to the shared drive created when you installed and configured IBM Workplace Web Content Management integration for WebSphere Commerce.

   The default location for pre-rendered content on your Web Content Management system is:

   WAS_Root/installedApps/ Node/ilwwcm.ear/ilwwcm.war/resources

2. If your WebSphere Commerce content created in Web Content Management contains images, ensure that you have the correct aliases set to display the images.

3. Copy the WebSphere Commerce content to the respective directories in the production environment.

   This has to be done manually.
