Select authoring templates for WebSphere Commerce content

Before authoring new WebSphere Commerce content in IBM Workplace Web Content Management, select the authoring templates used for WebSphere Commerce content. By selecting the authoring templates used for WebSphere Commerce, you enable the synchronization of content between Web Content Management and WebSphere Commerce.

To select an authoring template for WebSphere Commerce content:

1. Open a Web browser and go to the following URL:

   http:// IWWCM_hostname: port_number/iwwcmassets/AssociateAuthoringTemplates

   where:

   IWWCM_hostname

   This is the fully-qualified host name of your IBM Workplace Web Content Management (WebSphere Portal) system. This value is defined by the WebSphere Portal WpsHostName property in the wpconfig.properties file.

   port_number

   This the port used for communication. The default port is 9081 This value is defined by the WebSphere Portal WpsHostPort property in the wpconfig.properties file.

   The default port is 10038.

2. Select the authoring templates you want to associate with WebSphere Commerce and click submit.
