Deleting a promotion
To delete a promotion:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Marketing menu, click Promotions. The Promotions window displays, containing a list of the currently defined promotions.
- Select the check box to the left of the promotion that you want to delete. Click Delete. The promotion will be removed from the promotion list and marked for deletion in the database.
You will not be able to create a promotion that has the same name as a promotion marked for deletion. The database record corresponding to a promotion marked for deletion is not physically removed until the Database Cleanup utility is run. If create a promotion with the same name, contact your Site Administrator.
