Delete an expected inventory record

To delete an expected inventory record:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Merchandise menu, click Expected Inventory.

    From the Products menu, click Expected Inventory.
    The Expected Inventory list is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box next to the expected inventory record that you want to delete, and click Delete.

  4. A message is displayed, prompting you to confirm that you want to delete the expected inventory record. Click OK to delete it.

  5. The Expected Inventory list refreshes, removing the deleted expected inventory record. You can only delete one expected inventory record at a time.

The expected inventory record is marked for deletion from the database when you click OK. To completely delete the expected inventory record, the Site Administrator must run the Database Cleanup utility.
