View an e-mail activity's summary and statistics

To view the statistics for an e-mail activity:

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

2. From the Marketing menu, click Campaign Activities. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator. The Campaign Activity List displays containing the defined Web activities.

3. Use the Filter by activity type list, select E-mail activities. The Campaign Activity List refreshes containing the defined E-mail activities.

4. Select the check box to the left of the e-mail activity for which you want to view a summary, or statistics.

5. Click Summary. The E-mail Activity Summary page displays, which includes statistics for e-mail activities that have been sent.

6. Use the breadcrumb trail to return to the desired location, or click OK to return to the Campaign Activity list.
