Create new activities for a campaign

To create new activities for an existing campaign:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Marketing menu, click Campaign Activities.
    The Campaign Activities list displays containing the activities for the selected campaign. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

  3. Click New. The Campaign Activity window displays.

  4. Complete each field as required selecting the values appropriate for the campaign activity you want to create.

  5. Click Finish to save the new campaign activity. The activity is displayed in the Campaign Activities list.
