Operations Manager information roadmap
In WebSphere Commerce an Operations Manager is a defined role that manages order processing, ensuring that orders are properly fulfilled, payment is received, and orders are shipped. The Operations Manager can search for customer orders, view details, manage order information, and create and edit returns. The Operations Manager can also perform all tasks assigned to the following user roles: Receiver, Returns Administrator, and Pick Packer.
The Operations Manager uses the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to perform these tasks:
Store information
- Change shipping preferences for the store
